I try to login with my newly reset password and I get the message Login failed. Pathetic. They’ve shut down phone calls during COVID, their online chat is non-responsive most the time and no one responds to you for hours, they don’t call you when they say they will. I thought I might get better response via the app as it says download it to skip the queues. It doesn’t work. 2.5weeks without internet service after sign up is unacceptable even in these difficult times. Surely it could be resolved by now. Going to sell my company shares out of protest once the market recovers (don’t want to make a loss as that will sting even more!!)

Im absolute disgusted by tpg service and infrastructure!
Their service drops almost every night and it hasnt been working for the last two days their customers is inexistente, called up last night and waited for a answer for one hour and nothing! And their app is a embaressment for a technological company!
We are changing service provider and I strongly suggest that you do not engage in their plans to avoid futher frustration!
I’m a service provider myself and I believe that if you can deliver it with excellence, you should do it at all, clearly thats not what tpg are in for.

Pretty poor form
There is no obvious or transparent way to contact TPG to cancel a service. The chat on the internet site is always busy and then you are forced to download the app. The app doesn’t display in landscape on a an iPad with a key board. Not a good look for a “tech” company.
Obviously also not an easy way to cancel a service on the app.
But that is the modern way of doing business....make it hard to cancel and maybe squeeze another payment out.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
