Great App

Have been using the app for more than 2 years and it always work perfectly with out any issue.

My2N keep taking money after you cancel subscription.

I cancelled our subscription September 2022 as we are renovating our home. It is now June 2023 and My2N are still taking money from our credit card after emailing the every month without an answer.
My only other choice is to cancel my Credit Card which is an inconvenience. My advice is do not purchase My2N door stations as the build quality is excellent but the image quality and speed of connection is slow compared to other products on the market. It has been a disappointing experience all round, especially for the hi-end price we all pay.

Gate entry

When I’m using my phone and someone’s at the gate, I have to hang the phone up to let them in. Why can’t I still be on the phone and use the app to let them in? This is a ridiculous feature that needs to be sorted, makes me look very unprofessional as a business person who has to hang up the phone.
