Description
NT Bus Tracker is an app that provides real-time access to information about Darwinbus and ASbus services.
With the app you can:
• Locate nearby bus stops
Find the bus stops closest to you and see the routes that use these bus stops. You can also search for bus stops via suburb, number or name.
• Save your favourite bus stops
You can save the bus stops you regularly use to your favourites, to make them easily available.
• Show departures from a bus stop
You can view the next eight scheduled routes departing from a bus stop, with a real-time forecast of when the bus will depart.
• View route details
You can view the location of the bus servicing your selected route, and the bus stops on this route.
• View bus stops and your bus on a map
You can track your bus as it approaches your bus stop on a map in real time.

Sometimes it doesn’t update
This app is useful, I use it daily but sometimes it lies, I wait for the bus #10 casuarina that apparently can be seen on the map but it is not there, the bus does not pass, it says that it is close, then it disappears and immediately the next one that is coming in half an hour is displayed. so one miss going to another bus stop during that expected time.
Public Holidays
Use this app. Easier than carrying around timetable book. Only problem is it does not adjust for public holidays. Public holidays need to default to sunday timetable.

A huge improvement
The app has had a facelift and now it tracks buses in real time on a map that is accurate. It’s long overdue but it seems to be worth the wait. Well done NT government - saves me having to download those bus timetables
