If I could rate Boost Mobile with zero stars, I would. Their recharge process is impossible. Regardless of whether I download the app, update the app, delete and reinstall the app, try a website browser, clear my browser caches and cookies or dial #111# from my mobile device, the same error messages appear. ‘Something went wrong, try again later.’ After reaching out for help on their website and having one of their robots ‘Kris Ann May’ ask me for my full name and date of birth (details which have never been provided to Boost, as I have a prepaid SIM) and telling me that I need to reset my device’s ‘Access Point Name’… I’ve had enough. Boost, you are a phone company whose ONE JOB is to provide your customers with solutions so that they can use their mobile device. And you’ve failed. You’ve failed at your one job. Please save your robotic, generic response that all these reviews saying the same thing get. I can only hope that a real human being with the power to change something reads this, and cares enough to actually do something about this.
