It's a really good option for staff that mostly communicate about their shifts , not that hard to navigate 👍🏻
My Employees Love It
My employees love the mobile management of their availability and rostering.
I have mixed feelings. Inability to provide opportunities to any staff member is annoying, only allows selection of staff with full or partial availability. The whole point of a shift opportunity it to let staff know a shift is available, and allow them to accept or reject.
Shift swapping is great, but should also allow staff to ‘give away a shift’ without having to get one in return.
The financials and budget forecasting tool is just awful, it’s painful to setup, and usually inaccurate.
All that said, it’s a useful tool that keeps staff happy and has pretty much eliminated all availability issues with staff not keeping their availability up to date.

I tried all the competitors. This is one of the best in the world for price and features. Highly recommended.
