Our Pilates is a physio-led, online subscription program that is designed to enrich your life, make you feel good inside and out, and of course have fun whilst doing it. 


Having a Master's degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Co-Founder and head trainer Han combines her knowledge of the human body with her love for Pilates to formulate each class. You will flow through each routine seamlessly, not noticing where one exercise ends and the next begins. 



Our Pilates focuses on strengthening and lengthening your body from top to bottom while paying particular attention to your mind-body connection. After a couple of classes, you will notice increased mobility and body awareness. After a few more classes, you will see dramatic improvements in your overall strength, mobility, flexibility, and of course, mindset.​​​​​​​​


Our Pilates is for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Han incorporates advancements and modifications for each exercise, so whether you're newer to Pilates or you're more advanced, you will be challenged and supported in our classes. Pre & postnatal-friendly classes are available.


Easily find your perfect at-home workout with our 8 class categories; 


-Foundations: Learn the principles of Pilates and the fundamentals of the repertoire that form the base of every class. 
-Mini's: Short and sharp, bite-sized classes for a quick Pilates fix. 
-Calm: A low-intensity collection of classes to ground yourself and gently move your body. 
-Energise: A classic Pilates class with the perfect combination of stretch and burn. 
-Sweat: A higher intensity take on a classic Pilates class using faster-paced movement to get your heart rate going. 
-Running: An 8-week program targeting all the right places to support anyone at any stage of their running journey. 
-Prenatal: A series of classes designed to help keep you strong and active through pregnancy. 
-Postnatal: A series of classes to support new mums as they move and nurture their bodies after pregnancy.
*It is essential to seek clearance from your GP before exercising during pregnancy and returning to exercise after pregnancy. 


Whether you feel like a 45-minute sweat session or you feel like a 5-15 minute calming stretch, Our Pilates has you covered.

Our Pilates is my saviour through motherhood

I have been using OP since I was pregnant the first time and it helped keep me connected to my body and feeling somewhat strong throughout all the changes. When I felt most appreciative of OP was actually post-partum because of the ease to open my iPad and jump on the mat, and the impact of all the incredible workouts.
There is such a huge plethora of classes now and the execution and quality of the site, app, videos, resources and customer service is excellent.
Now I’m pregnant for the second time I’m really proud of how much I’m doing (not loads, but more than last time) and that is purely in thanks to Han’s programs so I don’t have to choose a class - I just put on what’s scheduled for that week and do as I’m told!!!! Which I love!!!
Thanks Brooke and Han for making the best app ever. I love Pilates at home, but also feel part of a community too. 🤍

My favourite App!

I’ve been using Our Pilates for several years now. Their running programs helped me gradually rebuild strength and work my way back to completing another half marathon, after working with a physio on my knee and hamstring issues. I recently tried classes at a local Pilates studio but found I get so much more out of using this App at home instead! Hannah’s cues help ensure I do every rep properly, and each class is structured so well. Training to be a midwife myself, I also value Hannah & Brooke’s approach to supporting woman’s health. Their App is holistic, they support woman through all different eras, and they encourage the positive message of striving for personal progression.

I’ve been using the Our Pilates program for a while now and have been using it on my Mac. Extremely excited it’s now in app form.
The pre and post natal sessions have helped me so much physically and mentally and I really enjoy the simplicity of it.
Hannah & Brooke have great technique and the videos are so so easy to follow compared to other apps I have used in the past.
This app is also very easy to navigate and use so I couldn’t be happier.
