This system is difficult to use and as the user you have poor control of when payments are made and how much. Also automatically deducting amounts for dishonest when funds are in the bank is not reasonable. It is also impossible to control the dates that funds will be deducted from with in the app.

We are glad you’ve offered a renewal of lease. But we’ve had issue with carpet before leasing the premises. It’s too old and needs repairing same with curtain rod, they are in a verge to fall at any time. The bathroom tiles is also broken before we entered the premises. So we want to know what changes will be made if we renew the lease. We also requested for the bush to be cutoff in the parking spot because the tree branches are touching the jeep’s upper part causing scratches but there were no response. The building is quite old too and cockroaches are everywhere no matter how much we try to keep the rooms clean. Even the pest control explained to us stating, these buildings are pretty old and cockroaches will not disappear unless we do a pest control every 3-6
months. So we were wondering if you could help us find other apartments or a studio apartment if available in the same range $370-$400.

Terrible user experience. Would give 0 or negative stars if I could. Many many issues, just naming a couple: Managing rental payment is very confusing with very limited customisation options. Fees are unavoidable except by paying in person at a post office. Bank and personal details stored in the app, no option for 2 factor authentication. Selecting Edit maintenance requests does not allow you to edit anything! No option to cancel the maintenance request when water problem resolved itself. Seriously?! Can’t wait for the time when I never have to use this miserable app again. It should be canned and redeveloped by developers that actually know what they’re doing. Shame on any real estate agent that inflicts this suffering on their tenants.
