I had to enter an emergency work request and at the end it asked if anybody has Covid, to which I answered yes. The app immediately “noped” out of there and won’t reopen. However, the task was scheduled and was completed. I had to laugh, it was like the app was afraid of catching the virus. Anyway, I have uninstalled the app and will shortly reinstall it, which should fix the problem … unless it is an issue with handling a message from the server. We will soon find out.

I Would have given negative stars if I could. This company is only out to steal the tenants money while providing nothing in return and trapping us in the grips of their control. They are causing so much stress. Real estate’s need to go back to doing their jobs and eliminate these third party company’s that add no value to their tenants but cost us money for the inconvenience as well as take away our rights. Absolutely disgusting how a tenant is forced into participating in this criminal company. How dare they force us to pay them just to pay our rent. We certainly are not gaining any value whatsoever. No control over my payments anymore and the audacity to charge $5 for the free service at the post office. Not to mention the extremely high penalty charges as high as $75. Only one free way to pay by direct eft however have to go to the trouble of typing in a new bsb and account number every week plus it’s only the first week and they have stuffed up my rental ledger saying I’m behind when I paid on the due date. This company and the like are an absolute disgrace. And…. Nowhere in the app is there a contact to speak to someone. Also, what people may not know is after being trapped into this frustrating system the RTA won’t intervene in a dispute because it’s a third party company leaving us tenants vulnerable. These company’s need to go.

We are glad you’ve offered a renewal of lease. But we’ve had issue with carpet before leasing the premises. It’s too old and needs repairing same with curtain rod, they are in a verge to fall at any time. The bathroom tiles is also broken before we entered the premises. So we want to know what changes will be made if we renew the lease. We also requested for the bush to be cutoff in the parking spot because the tree branches are touching the jeep’s upper part causing scratches but there were no response. The building is quite old too and cockroaches are everywhere no matter how much we try to keep the rooms clean. Even the pest control explained to us stating, these buildings are pretty old and cockroaches will not disappear unless we do a pest control every 3-6 months. So we were wondering if you could help us find other apartments or a studio apartment if available in the same range $370-$400.With regrds Deeya & Bikash

Terrible user experience. Would give 0 or negative stars if I could. Many many issues, just naming a couple: Managing rental payment is very confusing with very limited customisation options. Fees are unavoidable except by paying in person at a post office. Bank and personal details stored in the app, no option for 2 factor authentication. Selecting Edit maintenance requests does not allow you to edit anything! No option to cancel the maintenance request when water problem resolved itself. Seriously?! Can’t wait for the time when I never have to use this miserable app again. It should be canned and redeveloped by developers that actually know what they’re doing. Shame on any real estate agent that inflicts this suffering on their tenants.
