Terribly useless
Good for nothing app. Literally only shows you your “purchased tickets” and not even that, since I’ve booked through the website and my tickets are not reflected in the app. I was expecting it to be an app you could browse screen times, and manage alerts for upcoming movies and events, but nothing like that is available. I was very keen for this option so I wouldn’t miss out again on pre-sale tickets for movie premier events like next week’s Dr. Strange & Multiverse of madness.
Absolutely useless!
I thought surely the ratings are unfair, no, they’re spot on! The app won’t airplay to the Apple TV and unlike some other streaming apps where you can adjust a setting to overcome this issue, there’s no option to do this.
So had to watch the rented movie via my laptop connected by HDMI which is not what I was expecting. So Palace Cinemas, I’m deleting this app and won’t be renting again as you have promised a service (via the iPad + airplay) you don’t deliver!
Utterly useless
There are bad apps and then there is this. You can literally do nothing on the app: all it does (supposedly, as I’ve never got it to work) is show you tickets you bought… on the website. Because we needed an app that shows you tickets that you need to go to a web site to buy.
Don’t bother.
