Perifit Care 12+

Am so impressed with this product, the device itself is really comfortable to use and from someone who is prone to bladder irritation I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I am not a person who is usually into games on my phone or videos but this system is really clever and I’ve enjoyed playing the games it has actually made me want to do the training daily. Given the quality of the device and the whole system I really feel it’s so well priced for what you get. I can feel my pelvic floor strengthening so quickly and my progress is monitored with every session which also helps to keep you motivated.

As the title says I’ve just finished my second session and I’m so impressed with this little device and app.

My main issue is a tight pelvic floor although I can see now I have some other areas to improve too. It focuses on the relaxing phase after every rep and I can already tell it’s going to help. I’m so excited to keep using it and get some results finally. If only I had this years ago.

Well done to the creators this is going to change so many women’s lives!!

I’ve had mild incontinence for 30 years and thought it was something I’d have to put up with. It was starting to limit my life. The Perifit has given me a lot more control plus the confidence to visit a specialist physiotherapist. The data from training for a year identified a physical problem that can be fixed with fairly minor surgery. I love the variety of the games and graphics and the advice from the Perifit Team. The whole system is effective, professional and kind.
