Great app! And feature request

Love this app. Works exactly as intended and has really helped me to improve my pelvic floor. Simple to use and the short workouts with gradually-increasing intensity are super convenient.

Feature request: would like to be able to delete workouts, individually and for a whole day as I sometimes use it to time other exercises I need to do. It wold also be handy to be able to have multiple workout logs, maybe as tabs? So that I can use it for multiple things but without messing up my kegel records.

Apple Watch connectivity

I absolutely love this app. I have been using it on and off for a few years now but have been hesitating purchasing pro as I have never managed to be truely consistent in my practice. I’m going to finally take the plunge but was wondering if there was going to be any Apple Watch development in the future? I would love to be able to run the next session without pulling out my phone and I feel like the new timer is perfectly designed to run on the watch face.

Def needed these reminders!

I’m 8weeks after birth now & want to start running again but Ob says with my 2+ little accidents (just at home thankfully) to wait & get assessed by her Physio (who will pinpoint problem areas) & likely tell me to exercise daily, just like this app helps with. Every reminder I get will help! :) I didn’t really think it was a problem but I don’t want it to get worse! 😂💪 more free sessions would be great Thanks!
