App not re-rendering
I like the selection of books available, especially Bible commentaries. But the app does not re-render/refresh/redraw after navigating away and back, e.g. after navigating to another app then back to Perlego. It will show blank (without text). One fix is to resize window then resize back, then it will re-render and the text will display again.
Fantastic subscription service; app needs bug fixes
I have been wanting a service like this for many years! I’m not a student in the formal sense, but I love being able to dig deep into any topic; it is better than web surfing!
The app itself is good but needs work. Sometimes I open the app, and if it tries to resume reading a book I had open, the screen turns blank and I have to force-close the app and re-open. Also when highlighting text it is difficult to make the highlight catch the period at the end.
It’s probably an unfair comparison but I’m spoiled by the relatively-mature Kindle app interface.
Keep working on this; it’s brilliant!
