Prezzee eGift cards 4+

Easy and convenient.

Perfect for my family as they live away. Just so easy and convenient and I can do it from anywhere at any time. There’s just a couple of things I’d like to see updated. If I want to buy multiple cards for the same email it would be good to add to a basket and do all the email and payments in one transaction. In saying that it’d be handy if all the recipient details were saved also. I’ve even sent through the wrong email and when I realised and sent an email in a panic, the staff were quick to reply and fix it. Would recommend (and have) to anyone!

Easy gift card giving

After purchasing many gift cards here and having some difficulty with a wrong email for one card, which sat pending in my account until I finally made contact with them through email and they corrected it for me and resent. Tip: make sure you have updated contact information to those whom you are giving this gift to.
Tip to the Company: allow the purchaser to correct any information they give if the card comes back “pending’, in my situation, I corrected the “pending” card with the correct address but it converted back to the wrong address when I resent, this needs to be fixed.
Great way to send gift card to loved ones.

Just love the Prezzee App !

The Prezzee App. is a great and easy way to give gifts via gift cards from many different shops and suppliers to loved ones & even yourself ! I highly recommend it !

My only concern is that last year an account I had was hacked into due to a data leak. Since then I have looked for ways to make my account more secure & I haven’t found that kind of option.

My old account seems to have been shut down as perhaps Prezzee realised it had been hacked & since then I have started a new account.

I really hope that Prezzee site & app developers can include good added security measures such as being able to use the Authenticator app or similar when using the site and app so that accounts can not be easily hacked etc. I don’t like the idea of gifts I have given or received being taken which has happened to me at least once, & it’s not pleasant.
