Prism is a versatile music player for Plex and Apple Music.

Breath of fresh air
With streaming services constantly changing their catalogues and UIs (for the worse), managing your own library is more important than ever. Plex itself makes a decent back end, but it's own front end left a lot to be desired.
Prism is the solution for that. It hits the right balance of having a good looking UI that shows you what you actually need, and has useful features like powerful sorting & filtering and ability to bulk download to device.
And always grateful to see an app not fall into the subscription trap, which ironically makes me happy to use the tip jar every year to support the developer.
Killer app: Prism + Plex
For the first time I’m able to access my entire music library for the price of the in-app purchase of Plex integration.
Add to this the ability to store music locally (even FLAC) and stream the rest of my library means I no longer use iTunes (nor need to convert my FLAC to MP3).
Plus a pretty good (and evolving) CarPlay interface makes this app perfect. Ok the CarPlay app needs some tweaking but the developer is very open to feedback and releases betas via TestFlight.
Excellent App to unlock your Plex Music
Gives you more control over your music collection. Unlocking greater features that the original Plex app just can’t match.
