Needs a feature to change the tacking icon with a photo of your car

Thank you for your review.

We do have the ability to add an image of the asset that can be displayed in the asset page, home screen where it lists your assets, and the website version. We have previously investigated using this image as an icon, however found that it was too small to be easily visible on the track screen.

Lots of potential and works well just a glitch sometimes

I could have rated this 2-3 stars as I had a few start up and ongoing issues ( not working as described, my asset deleted by the system, not saying I had enough credits when I had plenty and the unit had to be physically repositioned) for about 2-3 weeks but the potential is 5 stars.

However, It’s well featured, geolock and find location works. Status update is inconsistent, I request an update and don’t always receive it. Immobilisation is easy with a click of a button. Support always returned emailed me in a very timely manner even on weekends. I like the credit system so the on going expense is minimal. Support blamed me for the issues been “largely around my understanding of how the system works” but having a bachelor, masters and soon to be doctorate in engineering I find that statement puzzling, but it’s more their manuals and communication should have been better. The satellites seem to take a while to find the asset eg leaving my garage but once they do it’s fine.

Overall I would recommend the system! as its does what you need but also their system is “continually developing and service issues may arise time to time) as quoted by their support.

Great value app

Brilliant app for most anyone’s needs. Unless you’re going the full hog off ghost immobilisers on high end-vehicles in ultra-secure parking, this has everything you need with a great interface and top notch user support. Nothing to really complain about and value for money.
