Red Energy 4+

I checked my usage on Sunday for Friday and Saturday, there was no usage stats for those days even though I was using electricity on those days. It wasn’t until Monday the usage for Friday and Sat came up… It’s Now Tuesday and the same thing has happened for Monday..no usage stats for Monday. it’s not my Internet connection, I’ve got a good signal, I even deleted the app and reinstalled it, but same problem. if you want people to use your app, please make sure you fix all the bugs before you update to another version.

Hello! This is a known issue that we are currently investigating. The data was delayed, however are are starting to see consumption come through from today. This should be resolved soon. Thank you for your understanding.

Still no Control Load displays, only total Consumption in the version 1.6 update. Very disappointing.

Hi. Any idea when the app will display actual power types used re Anytime Power and Control Load 1, rather than just a consumption total? Only having total consumption does not allow daily clarity of your energy usage by power types. Thanks Resubmitted as the original post has disappeared. I have just joined Red Energy and started using the App believing that I could view and manage my power usage as Red Energy states. However there is no separation of Anytime power and Controlled Load 1 power usage in the displays. Only total power consumed. As these types of power and associated kWh rates are quite different, this makes the data display near useless. I note from other web pictures that TOU power is displayed in the App with its three categories and individual power used in each. It would not seem too difficult to provide this for Single Rate and Controlled Load customers. My previous supplier Energy Locals did so without issue making power management a breeze. Can you fix this please.

I’ve tried many many times to create an account to be able to see my bills but every single time I try it goes all the way to the end but then there’s an error with the account creation and when I try to use the same email it says there’s already an account with that email. I try logging in with the password I used to try and create the account but it says it isn’t right.
Trying multiple times across multiple weeks/months to create an account has been an absolute hassle and something I never want to go through again.

From personal experiences with this app I believe I’ll just stick to my emails for my bills and completely forget this app exists. Please, if you’re anything like me in this situation, please do not get this app, it will be almost impossible to get into it.
