Best Appointment Scheduler Out There... by far!
Signed up for the premium service a few months ago and I could not be happier with how this app has transformed our business ...from 12 large books to one simple online booking system.
We are a Driving School in Canberra, Australia, with 12 Instructors, who teach up to 40 lessons per week each, and this system seamlessly takes care of all of the bookings, customer details and staff profiles and staff rosters. Our office staff have been able to adapt to the new system without any problems, thanks to the excellent online support from Cassandra and all the other members of the support team who are both knowledgeable and courteous when contactable 24 hours, via the support button on the app.
I had a good look around the Internet before choosing Setmore and I am so glad I made this choice. If you are a business owner who is a bit hesitant to go digital, replacing the old carry-around books, then give Setmore a go. It’s a free trial for a month. Only took me a week to go premium! Love the fact that each customer receives an auto text 24 hours before every appointment. Saves us so much time and money. Thanks Setmore, love this app!
Busy life simplified
Since using Setmore my busy business has had a little time to recover. I find I have more time in my week for doing the important things while I let the little things take care of themselves. In my opinion this app is a must for any small business running on appointment based clientele.
Useful app
This app is great and I’m hoping to use it daily for my business but there are a couple of things that would make it better and allow me to use it. 1. It would be good to have reminders longer than 120 mins before e.g. 1 day before appointments. 2. Would be helpful to have it set reoccurring bookings easily e.g. repeat every 1 week, 2 weeks etc so you don’t have to manually put everyone’s bookings in each week if you’ve got reoccurring bookings.
