Best scheduler I’ve used
I have a career coaching business in Australia and I’ve tried a few schedulers now, including Microsoft Booking, but Acuity is the best for functionality and price. It integrates beautifully with my calendar in Office 365, my website and my Square payment system. Great product team!
If I was to make one small suggestion for improvement, it would be to include the option for clients to book and pay for programs. I have an online program that runs for 10 weeks where I would like to take bookings and payments for, but I can’t really do that now using the group booking system as a date and duration must be chosen.
Overall a great system though.
Was better before SquaredSpace acquisition
This platform was amazing for small business and I have truly loved it... however since it was taken over by squaredspace it has lost its own identity and looks just like squaredspace and unfortunately many of the changes are not enhancements, they are adding extra steps and removing the simple flow that was there. I am not aware of them seeking existing user experience (maybe they are so apologies if I’m wrong) I feel this app (both app and desktop version) is not delivering like it did. In just the last few days many glitches and issues arising and having to email the help desk. Makes me sad when something was working so well. And yeah I actually love change so this isn’t about change it’s about reduced user experience. When things get harder to use then the design is flawed and the people behind the change are going for a brand look not user experience. I’d start looking elsewhere . Ps... no they don’t offer special discounts for existing squaredspace website users as I am one and there was no benefit if you already had each platform. :-(
Easy, intuitive system with great back end support.
I’ve been using Acuity for nearly two years with my massage business and as I branch out into a sub-business I trialed some others before coming straight back to Acuity. From day one any request or email that I’ve sent to customer service has been answered within the 24hour period and they’ve not once let me down.
For a system that caters to many different industries it’s great to see that they listen to feedback and updates have never effected our day-to-day nor our night-to-night, which is ideal.
Thanks heaps for creating a booking system that helps me do more of what I love to do and less admin (it’s always a bonus when there is less admin).
