Shop: All your favorite brands 12+

This tracking app is so reliable. I’ve been using it since November 2020, and I’ve become a regular online buyer, probably because of the reliability of this app it does track it reliably and consistently the app itself holds your own buying history. It’s like having your own personal assistant. it’ll tell you what you’ve bought before and Would you like to buy it again. There are similar products shown. other similar shops. you can follow shops online you don’t have to favourite them AND you can have favourites as a separate list. It’s very comprehensive it’s really is a personal assistant for me and I don’t have to walk in the shops for hours of looking for something that may never be found on the shelves, this is an advantage for anyone, any human at all. It’ll assist you in looking for what you’re looking for. It will even advise you when products are on sale. it’ll cut time down for you. just give it a go. I really like supporting the smaller business in Australia 🇦🇺 and this is great to be able to do business with them thru this app.

Really love the app and been using it for a while, it makes shopping a lot easier to have it all essentially in one app for the most part. But I’ve never been able to consistently leave a review on an item, I’ll type it out and the «next review» and «submit review» buttons don’t work. It’s worked maybe once or twice total. The app also likes to crash or slow down input randomly. Sometimes it will struggle identifying which items you have favourited when looking at a storefront. Sometimes it will also mark items as sold out that aren’t. Large size fonts are accessible for the most part except for looking at multiple rows of items, it will then size them up depending on how big you set your font which if you are blind or visually impaired like me makes it hard to access half of the products in any given storefront. I wish there was a NSFW filter both in settings to avoid those items but also on the item itself to warn you it is NSFW in nature. I’ve not tried to report any missing/lost/unsent packages or scam payments as I haven’t had any yet (knock on wood) so I’m not sure how the process with that works. I’ve noticed the map of where the package is often isn’t accurate, though I suspect this is the fault of the mail carriers. Would rate higher when bugs are fixed

This is my first time reviewing and the Shop app is one of my absolute favourites! Once I automated my Google account as instructed, I now use this app on a regular basis. Being able to automatically pick up tracking numbers and detecting the courier for an active order is a big plus! The most recent updates have also done this app justice, because it used to keep logging me out previously and that was a huge headache itself.

One of my very first orders with the Shop app was stuck in China for over a month due to high demands in the middle of lockdown. However, the app was able to frequently update me on it’s status when I was getting increasingly worried about it. Being able to pinch and zoom in and out on the live map helped me give an idea where my orders are located, especially if it one of them took a long time to arrive.

My biggest and only pet peeve about the Shop app currently is that it has the tendency to pick up double the tracking numbers for the same order. For instance, it picked up a tracking number from a local store that I recently ordered from and then a few days later, it picked up a second tracking number from the local courier on the same order as the store I originally bought it from. I wish this could be fixed as it really confuses me to tell the difference between the tracking numbers for the same order.

Other than that, I absolutely love this app and highly recommended it for those who do a lot of online shopping!
