Challenges - daily and season
An internet connection is required for friend sharing and competitions, however maps and navigation do not require an internet connection.
Location Services is required for collecting statistics whilst the app is in the background and the foreground.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
The Snowzat app has been specifically designed to run all day in the background, collecting run statistics, with minimal drain on the battery.

Great app for skiing with friends or family
This is a very good app for hitting the slopes with friends or family. You can message them, see where they are and look at the daily leaderboard. It measures stats well too.
Best snow park app yet
This app has a great overview of park runs and chair lifts. Almost exactly what I was after for my next snow trip. This app has immense potential. Would be great to see an Apple Watch app to complement this fantastic app, particularly with the new gps and cellular facilities of the Watch. Could leave the phone at home and only carry the Watch during skiing or boarding.
Features I would like to see: real time speed, altitude, slope angle and fitness integration.

This is a great app!!
I posted a bad review before, but I now have realised how to use the app and it is great. Thanks to the developer, I realised you have to leave he app running in the background. This is an awesome app. Thanks for you help!!
