Handy little app
A friend told me to download the app when I mentioned I was going to Thredbo. It was easy to book my daughter's passes for Thredboland and I like the information you can read on the snow conditions and lifts open. I just found it wasn't smooth to look up accommodation or find out more details about a season pass for next year. Other than that it's been pretty handy.
Lift status updated too infrequently
It’s 7.21am. Trying to ensure lifts will be open. Your marketing team have done its job - saying 14/14 wil be open. But for the past 3 days when winds were forecast upon arrival we found the app still saying this. At 8.30, with no sight of the lifts running the app continued not to be updated. It’s ridiculous. This is no way to engage your customers. In the mornings you need to ensure this is updated regularly. And when things change it’s also in your interest to update it - not an house later…. I’ve watched this over a couple of weeks, everyday hoping it’ll get better….. but is doesn’t. Sigh
Great tracking and data analysis
My friends and family love using the app for tracking if we loose each other. Also seeing how much terrain we cover as well as speed and km’s skied is cool. The cam shots of the different tracks are a good wake up ritual for me and there is some much more this app can do.
