There’s one gift that a grand final loss can’t rob you of - that’s being part of the Swans footy family. A huge thank you to the admin staff and the club’s heirachy. I’ve been to the last two GFs as a member and the way you have treated us, communicated with us, and remembered us all the way along the journey is like genuinely being part of the Bloods. The updates and invites to accompanying events and fan days, training and dinners etc is fantastic. And the ballot process is very fair and you handle it brilliantly. I wish I was a kid again so I could re-grow up in an age when your footy club is so inclusive and caring. And I’ll say this, I know my Swsns give me effort every week. That doesn’t come by accident, it comes from cultural values from the skipper to the boot studder and we as supporters turn up week in, week out, year in, year out because we are proud to support and embrace generations of players from Bobby Skilton to Paul Kelly to Goodesy/JPK and now onto the likes of Ramps and The Lizard. Stay the journey, thank you for helping me enjoy great grand final week experiences and anticipation, and know your army of supporters will grow because of this.

I really enjoy using this app. I just have one suggestion for the developers - make it so that the Swans fixture calendar can be synced to the users device if they select this option from a menu. It would be so much easier to have all dates entered into my phone calendar automatically rather than having to enter them manually. It seems the GWS Giants already have this option in their app.

This year when trying to access my member tickets via the app to add to my Apple wallet, EVERY GAME, I can’t access the ticket. I’ve tried signing out and back in, deleting the app and reinstalling, but nothing works. I’ve tried a couple days before games, a day before, the day of, no matter when, I can’t access the ticket. We’ve had to go to the membership office on game day to get a physical ticket each time. It’s really frustrating because I understand the decision to abandon the plastic membership cards, but the app ticketing needs to be reliable. Maybe just give a standard member barcode on the app that can be scanned for all home games instead of individual tickets for each game that have to be downloaded and added to the wallet every round. We pay so much money for membership and this ticketing system is just not good enough.
