Company great. App is terrible!
Let me start by saying company and its services are A1, I can’t fault them, but this app is absolutely terrible. Trying to pay the bill each month turns into a long, elongated process, that could easily be done in a couple of easy steps. You need to blow this app up and start again.
Pretty basic app of not much use
Its extremely basic app with no functionality. All it does is show you your consumption and that too isnt real time. Its off by at least half a day. It would have beeb nice to see if they had introduced more functions such as bill view and bill payments, Plan options, etc.
SpinTel app works perfectly.
I have found all SpinTel cellular WiFi products and services to be first class. A refreshing change from Telstra’s performance at providing affordable and fast cellular WiFi. Thanks SpinTel.
