I can’t use this app as it’s got bugs all over it. To make it worse you have shut the old app down. If you can’t provide an app how can I value the service I receive with my Super Not impressed

Worse than the previous app

This is a terrible app. I think you should seriously look at hiring a proper development team with a proven track record. Not only is it as bad as your previous app, but I think it is worse.... This app makes you look amateurish, and does not reflect a company that boasts such a large number of clients and funds under management. An app should not be released unless it’s passed stringent Beta testing. Poor effort and very poor implementation with multiple pages failing to load. In essence you are trying to fool your customer base into believing you have released an improved app, when all you have done is tweaked the user interface and disabled most hyper-links.

Easier than logging in to the online account. May be a little slow at times, but has all the features you’d expect to manage your super account.
Not worth the down load

All you get is a summary of your super on the dash boardThe rest of the drop down menu you just get a blank page and nothing else.. This app needs some serious work at the moment it is a waste of time because you cannot do anything except look at your dash board front page. You can’t even contact Russell or send a message through this app it just does not respond to anything.
