Chat option

Whenever support team reply to a msg in help box and they’re ending the conversation screen automatically disappear before someone can read what suggestion support team gave. Please change it to the itself says this chat has ended and driver also have authority to read the whole msg istead of taking screenshots….
2. There’s no notifications when support team reply to any conversation

Please update those things

I really enjoy using swan driver app, I want you to update few things!

1. The app stay on just for few seconds it has to stay open all the time without any touch

2. The GPS (Map) is not working, i have to use phone map.

3. There’s is problem when calling customer sometimes number won’t come up and even chat option is not working.

Thanks for your reply and suggestive advices to the app. We are constantly improving the app base on user's feedback.

To answer your questions:
1. In the latest version we have made the app stay on so that you don't miss any jobs!

2. The GPS(MAP) page for a job is not supposed and designed to provide GPS guidance but to show you a general information of your job, however we will make it more intuitive for a better user experience in the incoming versions. It is best to use the in-vehicle VDS terminal for your GPS navigation for your job for the time being.

3. Ouch, we have realised that the chat option is not working at the moment, we are working hard to bring it back online as soon as possible.

Useless App

No regard for safety and health. Let driver watch phone continuously for 2 ,3 hours just to see the tike book job and When the job comes, go in a second. you feel so frustrated and useless as sitting and watching your phone for 2,3 hours. Alot of times drivers have complained but never heard. If this keep continue half of the taxi drivers will end up in Mental units of different hospitals.
