Why can I not book a trip without having to provide my Credit Card details? There is no option to pay with CabCharge within the app. So I have to book via the Swan taxis website (which doesn't call for credit card details). Considering how hard the taxi industry has been hit by the Uber services, having this app as the main interface is absolutely crucial to survival. Sort this out or I too will permanently go to Uber
Preordered for next morning, taxi didn’t turn up
I made a booking for the next morning. The status remains “waiting for dispatch”. After the due time and the status not changing, I attempted to cancel but the cancel didn’t work either.
Although the old app was clunky, at least the taxis showed up. This one they didn’t.
Access to receipts
It would be nice to access your receipts from the app. The emailed format can make it harder to use with mobile devices.
