This app could be great except it needs more work, having all the fields 'required' is the biggest reason to use something else, to quickly roll this app out is frustrated just because of this one (annoying) feature

Safety Advice
The T5 is a great little time saver and so practical on site. You can assess your risks or report a hazard without having to go into the office to do it. If you see something wrong on site you can say what it is, grade how bad it is, take a few photo’s and email it straight to head office and it only takes minutes. Can’t get any better than that
