Kind of misleading

Honestly, when I downloaded the app I initially expected it to work like the demo that Microsoft did late 2015 for their HoloLens, your video call someone from your headset, and on their tablet, they can write/annotate on YOUR video, and they can see it realtime. Thing is this app doesn't do much in the department of helping others, because you need to make a video yourself and annotate. But what if for instance you're in an airport and your colleagues ask for help in operating a particular device? Well, tough luck then mate.

TL;dr:

The app is too limited as it is now and it has great potential, but it lacks the interactivity that is necessary between the one asking for help (customer) and the one who's doing the guidance (customer service).

Not really useful

Personally I don’t see the use of it. The person on the PC could only place arrows. Not draw. The person with the phone could draw. But very limited what you can do. The picture wasn’t great quality.
Also, phone to phone would be more useful. Forgetting that, the PC version should be able to draw. So if you are out field, the person helping back at the office should be able to direct the person aided with drawing. If that makes sense.
