Poor content quality control

SA Ramping editorial had a video showing RPA on the first frame. Not SA.

No link on housing affordability story, dispite stating “See all suburbs here” (or the like).

These might seem small issues, but they erode the trust in your journalistic professionalism. In a world where close enough is good enough in social media, I expect more from professionals. Why pay for something unprofessional?

How many times?

How many times do I have to verify my membership and regular payments to prove I am a subscriber to this publication? About to read a story and suddenly come to a dead end and even then filling in the info is rarely accepted that I am a member. Twists and turns eventually let me continue, This is frustrating and just plain hopeless as it occurs at least every week. So annoying when the cost is regularly debited to my account, without fail. Not good enough.
Yet again I am instructed to sign in to the site. Too bad that I am charged every month to read numerous articles of poorly written stories, and in the Top Stories not enough to make it a South Australian publication. Why do I bother? Only because there isn’t a Home Delivery service in my town.

Why change a good feature ,

Latest update not helpful

Why have you changed the way stories are first presented. Previously stories headlines and lead pics were presented in an an easy to view summary screen format making it easy to get to the stories that interest you. With latest update you present stories in scroll through format so you have to scroll through everything - really bad update removing a feature that made the app much more engaging. If it’s been done to force you look at every story it’s having the opposite effect for me - I’m just going straight to the paper view rather than soaking up the other stories first which I previously did
