Recent update means now I can’t minimise screen to keep listening while doing other things like email on my phone. Now it remains full screen and if I pause to check on a call or message the talking stops til I open it up again. One good thing is time shows while playing while before I had to minimise to see phone clock. Please adjust app to be able to minimise screen again, I treat the app more like a podcast to have playing all day in the background while doing chores etc at home.

Clearly many people leaving negative reviews here are uncomfortable with hidden agendas being called out and having the light of day shone into the dark corners of politics. Loudly shouting down anyone who disagrees with their current opinion. Blindly lining up as useful idiot's of the modern revolution. Secretly undermining society in the futile hope that they might rebuild it with the same crumbled building blocks of past failed revolutions, that history shows cost millions of innocent lives. Until of course history is altered into more equal and tolerant lie.

Something is definitely wrong with this app. Whenever I’d open it I was bombarded with a swathe of right wing kooks running what seemed like a never ending infomercial for the Liberal Party and their ilk. I mistakenly thought as the app was called “Sky NEWS” it would actually be “news” but, alas it is mere opinion dressed up as news. This Murdoch swill is a solid wall (especially in the evening) of biased right wing nut jobs preaching to the converted. Sky News has descended into such farce that it is now nothing more than a right wing echo chamber where those who already believe this nonsense, come back to the trough for their daily recharge of Murdoch swill. During the day it’s ok but after dark and on weekends it’s insufferable. Also, commercials on a station you’re already paying to watch? Cancelled!

As we’re never able to start watching shows as soon as they start, with Flash you could select the show and start from the beginning, even if the show was halfway through. And shows that had just finished live were immediately there to watch, not have to wait til a couple of hours later to be available. Hopefully these things will be addressed in future updates, but for now it’s back to Flash.
