The Arcana: A Mystic Romance 12+

I won’t lie, I’ve always been a sucker for romance. Dating sims are cool. But this blew me away! The art and writing is incredible, it’s kept me following for literally years now and I haven’t nearly lost interest. Even the paid options don’t feel mandatory and don’t affect the character’s relationship, they’re just there if you’d like them. You’re not shamed for not choosing them. I think that’s how that should be!

The characters are so fun and unique, I’d die for quite a good few! There’s a complex plot and even replaying the same story from different points of view gives you new details, new ways to discover events, a different way things play out, and of course, a different little journey with the character you so adore. The symbolism they each hold is also amazing.

Overall I can’t put my love for this game into words. I have a group of friends with which we all have matching keychains from this game. We’re learning tarot thanks to this game, I ADORE it with every fibre of my being. Download this, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s gorgeous.

I absolutely adore this game, and I'm thoroughly addicted to it. Julian Devorak owns my whole heart, I actually love him (and Portia is a very close second). Don't pay attention to the ads for this game, it's advertised really weirdly and immaculately. The artworks are completely stunning, the characters have a massive of depth, and the storylines are thrilling.

A lot of reviews complain about the expenses but 1. Coin choices aren't a necessity and 2. There has recently been an added feature where you can watch videos for coins, which makes a huge difference!

PLEASE I am begging Nix Hydra to make sequel stories? Potentially once you've finished all the characters routes? I know myself and many others are worried that once all the updates come out we'll be finished the game, which is unbearable since it's so incredible. Sorry for such a long review... Definitely worth the download though!!

It’s a very addictive game, the prologue is intriguing and the multiple choice of a love interest and their stories keep it interesting. I love that it’s LGBTQ supported allowing people to pick their own pronouns (including they/them) and the different genders of the love interests. I do wish there was a reward after each story? A way to gather more coins without feeling pressured to buy them. It’s taken me four days to acquire the amount of coins I need to unlock a choice through spinning the wheel and watching videos which is really annoying. I also wish I could create my character? The work of art is really beautiful and I’d love to bring the character I play as to life with the artists designs, I like that they leave that up to you’re own imagination on how you look like but it also seems cool if I could create and bring the to virtual life too.

By the looks of other reviews other people have also requested a better coin system where they don’t have to wait or spend so much
