Broken experience
The app is buggy and provides a fairly broken experience. I didn't have a high hope for it, but still it was pretty clunky to enrol my kid and book a class. I didn't quite know if the checkout in the end was successful since the screen was misrendered after I submitted my credit card info. Anyway, this was not the worst app I’ve used but it was not any better…
Hopeful
A bit clunky but hopefully will get easier to use. Main issue I had was the organisation name was not correct when logging in. It would be easier if you could search for the organisation and have search return the closest options to select from instead of having to enter the exact name.
No option to update child’s icon
Both my children’s name start with A so on all their updates their icons both show AS and I cannot differentiate between the 2 of them, there should be an option to change their icon to a photo or a symbol so I can tell who is who!
