Ok,the app is a great idea as long as it does as stated which as far as I can see, nope.
You can buy a VIP card, you can add bank card but no where can I find where you can add your existing VIP Card.
So a bit of a let down but hopefully if enough people complain it will be fixed

As a VIP member all you need to do is sign up to the app using the same email address that is linked to your VIP membership and you will be automatically upgraded to VIP status. Change app password doesn’t work on current version upgrade

Well done to those who can remember their password originally used to start their coffee club experience. Must say that the experience has been very good for me and those of my family. However, because I could not remember my password I started the action to renew. Trouble is that after entering my new password, the ‘submit new password’ button (or words to that effect), does not work. Can only give 3 stars as I am unable to log into this app upgrade.

Coffee with a shot of racism

So I went into a Coffee Club using this app. When I approached the counter after waiting in line I was immediately greeted with “are you the Uber Eats driver?” followed by a “the order has been waiting here 20 mins” in a very angry impatient tone.

Just because I am brown I am not an Uber Eats driver. Why does your staff engage in racial stereotyping. This is very disappointing that Coffee Club has staff engaging in racist behaviour. Seriously why did you not greet me with a “hello, how can I serve you today?” Why make a racial stereotype instead. It’s very poor customer service and offensive.

I also noted that the white customers before me never got asked if they were the Uber Eats driver.

So now I have deleted this app and boycotted Coffee Club. Shame on you.

Edit: I did contact Coffee Club, got a generic apology email and never heard from them again. I guess they just didn’t take racism seriously? Now that racism is back into the public domain, I hope Coffee Club takes notice.
