Errors have made the app unusable
After having my trip cancelled (and as a result changed) by Topdeck, the app has become unusable, it worked perfectly before the trip change. Since the trip change, I’ve been talking to the app support team (who have all been very helpful) trying to get my app to work. First, it wouldn’t let me log back in as I had ‘incorrect credentials’ (I was pulling the data straight from Keychain and this had worked before) and needed to have the password reset. The second error was that my trip had not been updated following the change which required an ‘Account reset’, which required me to log out and back in, at this stage I encountered another error. The third error, (haven’t yet seen the outcome of this) is that, now the app is telling me that my Booking Reference is invalid (it was both manually typed then copied and pasted directly from another email). All of these errors have happened back-to-back since my trip was changed and have rendered the app useless.
Slow
The information is good to keep an eye on what you are going and what day you are on and keep in contact with your buddies. However it is very slow to download new messages. Please re create a better chat system for the app that’s about it
