I bought some winter and some summer clothes from Uniqlo parramatta altogether 20 items all clothes great quality and texture and different varieties I will strongly suggest everyone to buy clothes from Uniqlo and great customer service while doing shopping 2 to 3 times their staff come to ask for help if needed and they help you always what you looking for I love Uniqlo ❤️

Love uniqlo and they have some really neat casual clothing styles. They are not over the top but very casual and yet formal enough.
Clothes are nicely packaged in a interesting opening box and all wrapped up like they just came from the factory.
Only downside is they use couriers please to deliver your clothes. They do provide tracking number but no time frame for the day. They would be saying the day before your parcel is coming and the next day another message to say it’s coming from the morning. It could take them anywhere from 2-6 hours to deliver that parcel once you receive the message. They have an option to leave it at the doorstep. Although I have not chosen this option and I was home the whole day. The courier still left it at my doorstep and didn’t even bother ringing the bell. Australia post is much better with delivery time frames, please switch or choose a better delivery company.

We attempted to update our credit card, which has been on file for years, but despite entering the correct details five times, we received an error message stating the details were invalid. This was misleading as the details were accurate. I suspect the issue was due to us using a VPN, which they seemingly block. They should either allow VPNs or be transparent about their restrictions. We eventually made the payment through PayPal using the same card without issues. This experience wasted 30 minutes and has led us to consider purchasing our family clothing from a different brand in the future.
