managing team expense...

Has never been easier... The ease of use from creating a virtual card to capture the receipts at point of sales and then process it instantly has changed the way we keep people accountable in business. Empowering team mebers to be responsible for their allocated budget and spend is one thing but making it easy for them to process and thus reducing the admin at month end is a game changer for any organisation!

Works 80% of the time

It’s quick and convenient and removes the hassle of a physical company card. The issue I’m having now is some expenses will show up on my Accounts end of things, but nowhere on mine (and I’m not the only one using this card). Adding to that, uploaded receipts don’t always show up on accounts, so I’m getting emails about receipts that I uploaded weeks ago. I’ve had to keep receipts in a box for when this 20% happens but I honestly expect a less buggy app that revolves around company finances.

Overall decent app that needs more memory allocation

The app manages funds well and makes purchasing and filing receipts fairly convenient and easy.

It’s only major short coming is that when processing expenses at the end of the month the app will not allow you to keep your place in the scroll down menu.

It will also spontaneously sign you out when processing as well making you sign back in for no reason in the middle of your heaviest use period for the app.

Beyond this process, there could better user interface allowing people to search by business and process receipts in chunks (for example Uber)

Overall it’s a workable app missing a few quality of life features and functionality requirements to take it anywhere above a passable score.
