Much Needed Improvements

Very impressed with the updated mobile app from the CommBiz Mobile team. The updates bring the app up to date with the core suite of features for managing business accounts. Leaps and bounds better then the historic mobile app and so much simpler and easier to use. The mobile app team have also been extremely responsive and receptive to feedback for future improvements and it is exciting to see CommBank finally investing into mobile solutions for their business customers. Still a number of features needed for the app, but a great start to a new chapter of mobile business banking. Kudos to the team.

Easy and value adding

I loved that is was super easy to transition to a new phone. It only took me 2min to set up be didn’t require any help. I like how the design is similar to the CommBank app. It made navigating the app intuitive, as I’m an existing CBA customer. It also has some new features like showing the FX conversation :) Excited to see what’s next

The login is much faster, experience much cleaner, I spoke to someone at CBA and they said approving multi payments is coming soon which is my main suggestion for improvement. Look forward to the further developments.

Pretty but inadequate

It’s easy to ‘streamline’ an interface if you strip out functionality. I guess now I have to go back to using the web version of CommBiz if I want to know which authorisers have approved future dated transactions.Hardly the sort of issue worth switching banks over, but missing functions makes switching to the new app an unnecessary annoyance as a customer.
