CommBiz: The worst bank app in living memory
As treasurer of a major company, board treasurer of a NFP and chairman of a treasury committee of a respected industry association of corporate treasurers I would say that I have some lengthy experience utilizing a variety of banking platforms across a wide array of organizational types. From very small amounts of currency to billions of dollars, I’ve seen them all over the last 15 years or so. CommBiz is the most useless piece of over engineered rubbish I have ever used - not one single logical thought has been applied to customer use. Not a cent of investment has been banked on assessing competitor products - which are all much, much better. Stuck in some strange, Orwellian, technological nightmare. A complete disaster.
Very very unhappy :(
Double and triple checked at the time of call - whether e-token was setup properly. The officer reassured several times that it’s fine, EVEN when I told him that the screen was showing otherwise.
Probably shouldn’t be so shocked and frustrated that it’s NOT actually working when I need it.

Seriously you gotta be joking because this app is meant for Business use!!! It’s more than embarrassing when you cannot complete payroll because of an app issue and/or lack of training but somehow overconfident banking staff.
Result = Very very unhappy morning for a lot of people who couldn’t get paid in a timely manner.
Insanely horrible app
CBA - Commbiz, insanely horrible, confused administration and ridiculously expensive, complete disaster and ripping fortune of monopoly. Here are main list of issue we had (1) difficulty authorising took three weeks, admin didnt know what is the process. Ended up calling them for hours to approve (2) ABA file can not be upload. (3) Their token usb didnt work with Mac os (4) Very complicated system to use (5) They charge us $7 for transactions!! so its not feee!! I also use NAB & Bendigo they have multiple person authorisations, smooth and easy and not ridiculous fees like this commbiz! I wish to give them minus 100 rating.
