Randomly switches off hearing aids

Since updating with the latest release so I can (finally) use TV Play, my hearing aids are randomly switching off then on fir no apparent reason. Very annoying!

Disconnecting HA several times per day.

Since I did not get a satisfactory service for my HA working with a Samsung A51 smart phone I switched to an iPhone 7. But this switch was not very satisfactory either. I lost connections with my HA several times per day. The HA required manual resets (never the iPhone). On various occasions the HA had to be placed into the charger to make connection again. A very unsatisfactory situation. The audiologist could not make sense of the situation either. He insisted the HA should work with an iPhone as he did not have any complaint from other customers. I suggested to do a “factory reset” of my HA. He was rather reluctant to execute such an operation but in the end he agreed. This operation was a screaming success. I have not had any connection problems in over 2 weeks.

Hate the app

Hate the device - not worth the money. I’d rather change batteries every week that put up with this hearing aide that doesn’t last 12 hours.
Settings change every time you turn it off or recharge it
Turning it off is hit and miss! It never turns off first go.
Smart phone app - What a gimmick! Who wants to go looking for their phone to adjust their hearing aide! But now I am stuck with this piece of expensive plastic I have no choice. Can you imagine the conversation “ sorry give me a second to find my phone so I can turn up my hearing aide so I can hear you” Ridiculous!
Avoid, back away, abort, don’t go there!
