Description
The Weight Watchers Scale by Conair™ app is a companion app to our Body Balance Bluetooth Diagnostic Scale. Easily track your weight, body fat, body water, bone mass and BMI (Body Mass Index). See everything at a glance on the dashboard, or go in depth with graphs and charts.
Wirelessly and automatically syncs your weight to the Weight Watchers® app if you’re a member. Or sync your weight, BMI and body fat measurements to Apple® Health and allow all your favourite health and fitness apps to access your data and make tracking quick and easy.
Simply open the app, tap “Connect to Scale” and step on – the scale syncs all data to your app and you can review by day, by week, by month or by year. Having all your measurement results at your fingertips helps make it easier to get where you want to be!
iOS 13 Warning: We are aware of an issue where users upgrading from iOS 12 to iOS 13 are losing access to their historical data in the WW Body Analysis Scale Tracker app. Our team is working quickly to resolve this issue for all users. In the meantime, we've added a new feature in release 2.0 that will allow you to export your data from the app to a spreadsheet. To access this feature click the chart icon in the top left of the Dashboard to access the 'Readings' screen with your historical data. From there, tap 'Export' in the top right of your screen. We recommend that any users who want to upgrade to iOS 13 first export their data with this feature prior to upgrading.

Not worth it
This app is so glitchy and unreliable. I bought the scales purely to be able to track through the app.
After the app stopped working one day. No longer connected to my scales. I logged out and haven’t been able to log back in. I wanted to see if it would reset. I cant even enter my full email address into the field to log in. If it does manage to work the submit button after entering everything doesn’t work. I think the app just stopped working. I’ve deleted and rest a few times and it just no longer works.

Ok well I failed at first, went to reviews for clues. Two had same prob as me, so I reset my phone & BT then reloaded acct info, since it wouldn’t move past the upload photo page I did not load my pic 2nd time and it worked fine. Must make sure your scales are lit up when syncing with iphone. Tried to upload pic again but it failed so no pic in profile. No drama! SO FAR....happy with set up. 4 stars coz not 100% user friendly!
Wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing
I have never written an app review but this one is so bad I feel compelled to do so. Purchased the scales after reading good reviews and was happy to pay a bit more for the app connectivity. I cannot even get the app to load. I was able to register but when I go to login it takes forever to do anything and eventually lands on a completely blank screen. I’m sure the scales are great but I will likely return them. If I’m going to have to resort to manually entering data to track I could have purchased a set at more than half the price.
