Getting worse
Latest update now makes it more difficult! The added option of direction for PTZ cameras has now reversed the direction and when you flick the switch It does not remember it so every time you open the app it resets and the app still shuts down randomly.

Terrible! 1 star rating is too generous!
This app doesn’t deserve even a 1 star! With the latest update you can’t even discreetly check your cameras via the phone app because ads for gaming comes up so make sure your phone is on silent if you wish to monitor any recordings. You cannot scroll through different times of the day without the cameras recording buffering and freezing which results in restarting the app and only after a few minutes will the app work again. Takes way too load to load anything. Waste of time!
Frustrating app and developers respond suggesting to send your concerns via the email, yet they do nothing to fix the app/bugs!!
App Stopped working
The app developer is trying to fix the problem which is good. They have been responsive however the app still doesn’t work properly. The app use to work using cellular data but now it says the cameras are live and working, but there are no images.
