What does MPAY offer?
Electronic wallet account: You can access all the features by creating an MPAY e-wallet account. To register, simply use your mobile phone number.
Registration:
Enter your mobile number and input the one-time code sent to your phone. Then set a password that meets the following requirements: at least 6 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, special characters, and numbers. Enter a PIN code to complete the registration process.
Increasing your balance:
You can top-up your MPAY balance using cash through MPAY and eManat terminals, or via bank cards within the application.
Making payments:
MPAY enables you to pay for a wide range of services conveniently. These include utilities, government services, banking and insurance, mobile and internet operators, shops and e-commerce, education, and charity, and many more.
Favorite payments:
Save your frequent payments as Favorites to expedite future transactions without re-entering the details.
Payment to NFC utility cards:
Our application allows you to instantly deposit funds to Azerigas and Azersu NFC cards without the need to visit a terminal.
Money transfers:
Transfer money to the MPAY accounts of your family members, friends, or any user you desire by simply entering their phone numbers. You can select the chosen recipient from your phone's contact list in mobile applications.
This wallet is not accepting that they can’t provide some services and not refunding in case of failure. I see them as a fraud company.
