What's new • ConstructOps is now available in Dutch. The app follows your phone's language, or you can choose it in Paramètres → Langue. • Quotes, invoices and client emails in your client's language (French or Dutch), set on the client record. • Trade catalogues available in Dutch. Fixes • Amounts can be entered with a decimal comma. • Expenses: net amount and VAT are recalculated from the total including VAT. • Invoices: reminders are only offered once an invoice is overdue, and a failed PEPPOL delivery is clearly reported. • Quotes: can no longer be deleted once the deposit has been received. • Clearer error messages.

This update makes ConstructOps more reliable every day. Invoices and payments • Payment reminders: only offered for overdue invoices, showing the actual number of days late, with a confirmation before sending. • PEPPOL sending: if delivery fails, the app now says so clearly, with the reason, instead of showing it as sent. • Payment QR code: the reference displayed is the one to copy (structured communication). • Completing prices on an invoice no longer loses the job site address. Quotes and job sites • Creating a quote from a site visit works again in every case, and only carries over the site address. • Flemish towns can also be entered by their French names (Louvain, Malines, Courtrai…). • Construction year checked as you type, even offline. • Trade assistant: new jobs added and trade names clarified. Clearer everywhere • Amounts, quantities and percentages shown in Belgian format (decimal comma). • Clearer error messages, including in the sync center. • Receipt scan limit reached: a clear message tells you. • Tax notifications now open the Financial Assistant. • Dialogs and messages now share the ConstructOps style.

Improvements and fixes: • Sign-in: invited team members can now log in with their own credentials. • Email links (password reset, verification, invitations) made more reliable. • Quote signing: if an error occurs, your client's signature is kept — no need to sign again. • Quotes and invoices: decimal quantities can now be entered from the catalog (e.g. 12.5 m²). • Estimating assistant: no more pre-filled values — your measurements only. • Receipt scanning: VAT rates read from the receipt and editable before saving. • Site visits: date, trade, constraints and measurements are saved and carried into the quote. • New "Rejected" filter on invoices, plus many fixes.
