ReadCast 1.5 is our biggest update yet. • Newsletters: follow any newsletter or blog with a feed. New stories wait in your library, with suggestions from where you live. • Free books: shelves of public-domain classics and open-access novels, refreshed every day. One tap adds a book. • Articles: paste a link or share one from Safari. ReadCast keeps the story and leaves the clutter behind. • 13 voices with character and 11 speaking styles, from a whisper to full drama. • A fresh new look, a listening streak, and play right from your library. • Read along as each word lights up. PDFs keep their original pages in the Read tab.

Minor security fixes.

A New Look ReadCast has been redesigned from the app icon up: new onboarding, a calmer library, and a reader built around the text. Narration That Fits the Book Every book you import now gets its own voice direction, so a thriller and a textbook are no longer read the same way. Fixes • Scrolling no longer jumps or stalls on long chapters. • Playback starts faster and more reliably the first time you tap play. • Large PDF imports are steadier.
