A couple of annoyances

First off, kudos to all involved in the development of the app! Appreciated!You can clearly see the progress in every update - almost all must have features are already deployed without the need to push feedback from end users.Here are a few more to consider:1. Please make the active session a bit longer: when switching between other iOS apps - maybe 2-5 minutes. It’s still not very convenient to pay invoices or do transfer in a hurry. Usually you need to switch between emails, pdfs, browser to copy paste payment info. It almost always logs you out of the app.2. In addition to the above. Please make so the Description of the transfer accepts special symbol. If not all, the at least the following: .,/-_ Currently the fields are a bit buggy when trying to edit as well.3.If possible, add search function for previous transactions so you can easily find and create similar4. Add option to pay public expenses like taxes etc, for end users.5. Add option to manage the limits on cards: daily / weekly/ etcRegards,Martin

3D secure bugs

The app automatically stops working if a transaction confirmation is required, the browser verification and static 3D secure pass window has a bug as well where it won't let you type in your password as there's no field as there are no scroll buttons so you cannot verify your identity and therefore cannot add your card to paypal, takeaway, crypto or any other app that requires 3D authentication which nowadays is every single app and therefore that issue renders UBB mobile almost completely useless, along with the card itself. Why would i need a card or a banking app that doesn't work? And when you contact the call centre they tell you that the issue doesn't come from their interface (of course) and advise you to try different browsers, clear cache and cookies and contact someone else. That someone else redirects you back to the bank as it's their authentication interface that's f-ed up, and the bank employees don't know what else to tell you because they're not tech support (which this app desperately needs as it's by far the worst banking app i've used). Spectacular service, really. Well done.

Very basic functionality compared to the Raifaisen online banking

1. The biggest issue for me with this new app is the missing two factor authentication. It’s a shame that the authentication of this app is poorest of all Bulgarian banks. 2. It is not possible to rename the different bank accounts in the app or online, now I need to know the IBAN to differentiate between all my accounts. If I want to make an internal transaction to one of my credit cards I need to know the number of the card, because I cannot name my cards - e.g Visa card, master card, debit card. The only way to differentiate btw the bank accounts is by the amount of money in each. Very poor user experience 3. If I want to change the day/week/internet limit on my credit card I cannot do so, I need to go to the office. This was possible in KBC online and it’s very convenient e.g when you need to buy online flight tickets and you need to increase the day limit of the card

The mobile app has major security flaws that are fatal in banking operations. Tens of thousands of BGN disappeared from our family's accounts after they were withdrawn through a UBB mobile application and were used to buy crypto. The security holes are obvious and UBB seems to be too slow in fixing them. They also don’t follow EU regulations when it comes to security. If you don't want to be a victim of online banking scams, I recommend changing your bank to one that has a more secure mobile app. When our money disappeared the only answer to the filed complaint is that the transactions are valid and there is nothing suspicious about them. The transactions were made from the account of my 74 years old mother and the money were used to buy crypto. According to UBB there is nothing suspicious about this. At the moment we are suing the bank as it declined to cancel the transactions despite the obvious security flaws that I’ve pointed out.
