Description
BGToll mobile application offers road users a quick and easy access to the most important features of the Bulgarian electronic toll collection system - right from the mobile device, at any time and any place. BGToll facilitates the purchase of e-Vignettes for light vehicles and trailers as well as Route Passes for trucks and buses.
e-Vignettes are available for certain validity periods which are:
• Week
• Weekend
• Month
• Quarter
• Year
Route Passes are valid for a certain route for a specific day. You can simply select the departure and destination of your journey together with the vehicle classification and BGToll calculates the associated price of the given route.
The payment can be done with a variety of different debit, credit and fleet cards.
The receipt will be sent via Email and can also be downloaded as PDF file.
In case you are a registered user, BGToll facilitates the management of your account and vehicles as well as already purchased Route Passes. Road users with a pre-pay account can also top-up the account balance.

Three tries and two payments charged and I finally have a vignette!
Nice app
Finally! There is something going to e-government! I hope all servers will work normal without problem in the future. And really thanks to you gave attention to the English language to create the app. But of course you must have Bulgarian language as well because this for Bulgarians and who has non-Bulgarian using roads only for passing the country! But bravo for the app! At least we won’t busy with the document things and not waste time with waiting on the lines. Many thanks!
Doesn’t work
Neither the app or the bg toll website works for purchasing a vignette. In the app no matter of the format it always shows wrong vehicle registration number. I’ve even copied the plate number from the last vignette invoice and it didn’t work. On the website an info window pops up above the registration number field and you can’t see what you’ve been typing before confirming the details. Just useless.
