Useful to have but there’s a flaw with not having the option to see the full message. For example if there’s some error longer than one line, you get something like “There’s an error with...” and you can’t expand that error to understand what’s the issue. Same thing with the transaction history. You have “charge from shop...” and again can’t expand the end of the message. In this case the transaction history becomes useless.
Useful but lacks real-time notifications

The app is good. However, to be competitive with other mobile only banking solutions which became very popular in the last couple of years, it needs a simple feature: notifications for card transactions in real-time. The bank offers similar services already but via sms - sms detective, sms notification, etc. and they cost a lot if you are an active customer with many transactions.Why not adding this to the mobile app too?!
Every new version is getting worse

This app is developed as if a manager said "I want this feature added and I don't care how you will do it" and neither the developer cared about user experience either, nor wanted to put any extra efforts to do design. Until last version too check the available funds in my card I had to press on cards, find the card, press check and wait. Now there is an extra step to that. Oh and the font is too small so I have to put my glasses to see it. UX is terrible

Nicely designed mobile application with variety of options. It would be great if nitification about transaction are set as pop-ups on it. Also, info about promotions, offers, basic info about bank products.
