Security level
The security of your payments is our first priority. Payments in A1 Wallet are processed by Paynetics, an EU licensed e-money institution as well as licensed by the Bulgarian National Bank and a member of MasterCard. The security level of A1 Wallet corresponds to the highest security standards.

Decent but much to improve
Top-up system definitely needs an improvement considering one can’t top up money with at least 3 different cards.
The support is very slow responding to basic questions.
Would detain from using it considering there are better alternatives out there like Revolut, etc.

Time and nervs lost
App has problem with verificiation, i’ve been asked to verify myself and shoot my ID and face more than 10 times (even the quality was perfect - shoot on iPhone 12) and i got not verified for no reason. My ID is ok, everything is fine. The app is not working fine. I wont put any money in such an app. I’ve deleted the app. Good Bye.
