Cannot connect to WiFi

IGARKOVA
I have tried numerous times to connect my air conditioner to WiFi but there was no success. I am following the manual step by step. All the responses from the app are positive and it says that the air conditioner is connected but when I try to view details of the device I am getting the following message: “ The Air Conditioner cannot be operated because the Air Conditioner status could not be acquired.”

Setting up the air condition with my wireless LAN and my iPhone 13 Pro seems impossible. Have tried 3 times and in all instances the app says The Air Condintioner cannot be operated because the Air Condirioner status ciuld not be acquired. The app seems poorly designed as it gives no helpful feedback when connecting the air con with my iPhone. I'd appreciate somebody to contact me to resolve the matter!

Brutally Unusable App

The Red Ivan
After installing the expensive Wi-Fi adapter, the Mitsubishi Heavy users are redirected to this app. Instead of providing a decent experience, or at least a meaningful workflow, the app is unreliant and highly user-unfriendly. The UX is a disaster. If you enable the remote control (outside the local network), it’s impossible to log in (the “loading circle” appears and blocks the login form). The UI is a total mess, not even close to any relatively recent app.A simple Home Assistant integration with its native thermostat UI/UX is a light-year distance compared to what Mitsubishi Heavy provides here.Utterly disappointed!
