QR codes are difficult to scan
QR codes are difficult to scan particularly at the subway scanners.
Seems okay
I've been using the app for the past 2 days. I read previous (negative) feedback comments but for now the app seems to work perfectly.
Easy to buy tickets, I didn't have a problem scanning the ticket at the metro station. (As I read someone had a problem with that.) But ofc the brightness needs to be up, for better scanning.
You can’t validate the tickets in the metro!
QR codes generated by the app just CANNOT be read by the metro station machines . You have to try at least 5 minutes to get into the metro station with this crappy system. If you have seen any transportation app in western or central Europe you will get the difference . Whats missing:
- no map
- no routing
- it's official public transportation app in Sofia but it doesn’t have timetables.
- hard to get into the metro station with digital ticket(passes) ,ticket validation is hard and just not working well .
- you can’t buy all year and other passes Sadly Its pretty basic app. Ao much work is needed I hope i have helped the developers with ideas.
