*This application is for Galaxy Buds+ and Galaxy Buds Live. Support for Galaxy Buds (SM-R170) is not available.
Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.
* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status
- Ambient Sound (Samsung Galaxy Buds+ only)
- Active Noise Cancelling (Samsung Galaxy Buds Live only)
- Equalizer Setting
- Touchpad Setting
- Advanced Feature
- Find my Earbuds
- Earbuds Software Update
* Compatibility:
- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version
- The Galaxy Buds application is not compatible with Galaxy Buds (SM-R170)
* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Buds application are only available when Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between your earbuds and your mobile device.

Why is there only two models available in the app?
Hello! Is there any chance that the app can have more than two models available? I just bought the galaxy buds FE, and they work perfectly, but I’m a little disappointed in the app. I would appreciate if you can fix the problem so that more people can get to use the app that you have created. I would also look forward for your feedback. Thank you!
So disappointed
Seriously I don’t even like to put a single star, will definitely never buy a Samsung product again, I have Samsung galaxy buds live. I have to disconnect and reconnect many times to my MacBook Pro when it start to act up, I try to update the firm ware via mobile app and always got the message( can’t find the server ) which means Samsung is not supporting my product any more. Even all responses from developers on other people who post their frustration comments make me wonder if Samsung does really care about customer support. Was a mistake and I will never recommend it to any one. Thanks for wasting my money
Galaxy Beans Unusable with iPhone
This app is basically useless - it doesn't seem to start automatically with the earphones, but that doesn't matter, because iPhone seems to be throttling the sound of them. Apparently it thinks they are too loud even though they sit outside the ear. So for me the sound is extremely low and my galaxy beans are unusable in any type of urban space. Podcasts? Forget about it. Thanks, Apple and Samsung!
