Blurry pictures
The images i upload on my watch Galaxy are blurry Iphone 7 plus(does it matter if i have puctures like 1500 and they are uploading to the app, but slowly?), i can’t upload documents like pdf and else. It could be very cool if i could answer to the messenger messeges tho.

Dear user, try not to send too many (more than 10) photos at once. Transferring high resolution photo can make it blurry. We will pass your concerns on photo quality to the development team. Thank you!
Watch freezes
Hello there, I’m using Samsung Galaxy Watch 42 mm.
I used it on Iphone 7 until end of 2019 year without any problems. I was very happy with my watch and enjoyed everything about it.
However i switched to Iphone 11 pro and then problems and issues have started.
Here is what’s happening. When someone is calling me and I answer on the phone, the watch freezes, continue ringing and it stays on the screen with name of the person who is calling me , with the green and red handset.
It doesn’t stop until I reboot it.
It’s really annoying cuz I have to do it every time someone’s ringing or I am forced to answer on the watch.
Is there anything i’m missing or something I didn’t do right?
How can I fix this ? Any advice? ios is the latest version 13.3.1 so it’s the watch- latest update.
If anyone could help me I would be very grateful.

Click on the upper right 3 dots→ Contact us→ Report a problem→ Write you problem in details (Make sure to tick on System log)

Since iOS 13 the watch disconnects
Hello, I updated the iOS version 13 and since then, the watch keeps disconnecting. I tried reboothing the phone, the watch, new pairing but nothing helps. I have reported the issue 6 days ago via the Galaxy Watch app with system log but have no response yet. Please fix the issue, its dissappinting and the watch is not effective at all.
Update: Since reporting the bluetooth diaconnecting issue it has not been fixed. I am unable to use the watch in a normal way. Please provide ETA when a fix will be rolled out?
